Lincoln Johnny Lightning Race Club December 2nd Finals
I have the list of cars I will need to be mailed to me before our 12/2/12 Finals. I mentioned a couple weeks ago that we would like to host a special race with all the cars that won their respective series/races at our Finals. Can you please let me know if you are going to be mailing your cars to me. Here are the cars so far I will need for this special race!
1. Featherweight Challenge series 1- (Team Texas) w/trim trk (FTE)
2. Featherweight Challenge series 2- FTE class: tie jdc442 w/Mitsubishi and Team Halffast w/Lotus. Non FTE class: Avengers Britspeed.
3. Gasser Wars 1- jdc442 w/Demon
4. Top Sportsman Series 1- jdc442 w/Chevelle
5. Truck O Rama- Team Halffast w/ford F-150
6. Maryland Diecast trade show- Slopy Jalopies w/A-OK (Orange)
7. Gasser Wars 2- ?
8. Chevelle Cup- ?
9. Top Sportsman Series 2- ?
As far as the Gasser Wars 2, Chevelle Cup, and Top Sportsman Series 2 we will have to wait to see who wins those. They will also be included in this race off for the fastest Modified/Altered of 2012!
My mailing address in case not everyone has it is Jeremy Morin 7 Vista Drive Lincoln, RI 02865 and please let me know if you are going to be mailing them to me. I would need them no later then November 23rd! I am not sure if we are running another Featherweight series before the end of the year but if we can fit it in that would also be included. One more thing on this race it will be a single elimination and we will be running it after our Championship Racing is over for all the fastest cars for all four classes. The winner of this race will receive a first place trophy and a FREE one year membership with the LJLRC.

OK, not that i expect to FILL a box headed to RI. like [442] n [carl], but november the ? will be fine, ... I.M.O. this season ending race isn't really about who wins, because of wheel and weight differences, i look at it as sort of an allstar game, you're car[s] are there to be recognized for their class championship prowess !... could be a great week for trash [typer's]
leading up to the, well... "KING of the HILL" finals in LINCOLN, RI.
johhnyl~ you mentioned a "race off for the fastest Modified/Altered of 2012!" Is this going to be a separate race from the "All RDR Winners race off"? I ask because not all the cars listed above are modified. For example my Mitsubishi FTE that tied with Team Half FAsts Lotus was not modified.
Just a reminder for everyone that has a car/cars in our KING OF THE HILL RACE on December 2nd I will need your cars mailed to me no later November 29th. I already have Jasons Trim Truk that won the first Featherweight series! Thanks Carl and Smitty for mailing your cars out in time for the KING OF THE HILL RACE! I emailed jdc442 four days ago to let him know I would need the cars by the end of this week he has not gotten back to me yet. I am going to run whatever cars I get in the mail. There will be a first place winner on Sunday December 2nd of the King Of The Hill Finals!
We will also need a name for this race if anyone has any cool names. I was thinking (Redlinederby fastest modified series winner 2012). Lets keep it simple if you have any suggestions feel free to post it on here.
