Maisto Mods?

Because they are so so as a car detail wise, I think they make a great canvas for modding. What's the general consensus with this brand? Bought a 5 pack today and it was a dollar MORE than Hotwheels OR Matchbox which are my usual faire.

was an excellent choice for modding, until they cost more than the others. Definitely easier to find certain castings, like Buicks.

I love them for HW conversions.

some are a "level up" but worth the effort for the look

I have the 50's vette I cast to about 250g with a replacable lower brass chassis
(needs wheels again, wonder why...lol)

the zurus are cool, too

my fav box set all prototype cars
