Memorial race

I lost a very close friend Jerry Mcswain, he was my brother from another mother. He met me the day i came home from hospital. Let me tell youalittle about Jerry. He was a gentle giant at 6'5" loves Rock and Roll. He work for a local auto parts in town call Morgan's for over 20 years. He could always find those hard to find parts for your old project. He beat cancer twice but him liver gave out in the end. He loved God his family and cars in that order. I know that he will be missed by many because he was loved by many. With the help of Funkhouser Diecast Racing im gonna do a memorial race and give all the cars to his wife (Tonya)and three kids (Kevin, Jacob and Lia). He was a Ford guy so only fords will race. It will be unusual rules, 60 grams, dry lube and custom paint. I would love to get 32 cars to give the family to remember him by. Will post details once they are worked out. Thanks Gringo Loco

Sorry for your loss. A memorial race is a great idea, and a fitting tribute.

I love stuff like this. Paying tribute to someone is generous and loving way based on their interests. I'd like to take part in this for sure.

We came up with a name. FORD FEVER any ford car casting will be eligible.  Working on artwork for race will announce it this weekend after his funeral on Saturday afternoon.

Sorry to hear about your friend and I think your idea of a race is very nice. I'm pretty booked up on races so it's going to be dependent on the date you choose but I've got a bunch of Fords.
