Okay, well, it only moved across the basement, but it is in a much better spot...

This is just mocked up...I still need to light it and true it up. It will still be running the Smitty Sloppy Starter and the 3DBot finish line. And I'll have a little more room for a shut down area. It will be all dialed in and ready for the Bare Muscle race!
Plus, I get my workbench back!

P.S. As it sits right now, the drop is 28" (which is totally adjustable) and the length is back out to scale quarter mile (20'-7.5")

can you get your hands on some white sheathing ? ... taped to the wall it would reflect a bunch of light onto the track...

Nice, plenty of room for all the trimmings. If that's the stud wall on the left, you can even screw light supports to the wall.
