Great idea! I'm a huge fan of drag racing and have quite a few cars I'll be able to pick from. Question though. How does the drill requirement apply to the funny cars as they are hinged in the rear. Just curious.

If you enter two cars are they just randomly matched up in the four classes?

Yeah, I did not think about the must be drilled comment on the funny cars? But one would assume if a funny car shows up with FTE's. you had it apart. My goal with that comment was to get more modified cars racing.

Cars will race by class funny car vs funny car etc.

Might allow stockers just to help fill the classes if you guys think it will help?

Smitty if anyone can find a way to get a chute on a casting/chassis....it's you.

So how does this work? ask Carl to post it for a March event?

It's best to work out the kinks with discussion first and judge interest and it will pretty much magically appear as an event, or when someone starts an "official" thread.

What if different number of cars are entered in the classes. What if there's two dragsters one pro stock and one Funny car?

I would hope that we have enough entries in each class to make it interesting. 8 cars per class minimum?
