Can I send a car to someone to have it modified?

- I started this crazy hobby about 10 months ago having never touched a single hot wheels car before in my 68 years on this rock. I started by entering stock cars in events and gaining experience. Buy a few cars, buy some graphite and jump in. — AbbyNormal

Go retro or go max speed. That is the question. Working on this Kenner turbo tram and I can tell you the room for lead is limited. It's pretty clear that if I leave the pilot in it will be underweight. Or I could pull the pilot drop in more weight paint the canopy and call it a day.
Have to think about that for a day or two. Part of me says this is a land speed record kind of vehicle so going for max speed would be the thing to do. Hmm
Here it is with a new set of wheels temp glued in for testing -------
