Lots going on right now...put this on the back burner...

Light weight series

“Must have Wings”

Vehicle chosen must have a “rear wing” a large pronounced rear spoiler…

Examples: Real or Fantasy cars

Top fuel drag car,F1 car, Indy car, 350Z, Buzz Off, Super Tsunami, Fiat 500C, Jaded, etc…

Fins don’t count no 59 Caddys, or 57 Chevys

must be less than 1.30" Tall, less than 3.5" L, and be Orange track width

40 gram max?

Dry lubes only

No redline wheels

I would be open to stock cars to help build the field, but modding is where it’s at!

Another thought would be a “Spec” or peg warmer challenge. Every time I go hunting, there are a ton…of Fast 4WD cars. I bet I could buy 10 of these at each store I go to…. I assume it’s the same in your area.

Short wheelbase, fireplug of a car, little bit ugly in my book, but it seems available.

Everyone starts with the two of same casting, then have two categories

1. Stock wheelbase, stock chassis, and body, stock axle/wheel, dry lubes only, 35g

2. Must retain stock body, no axle/wheel or weight restrictions, dry lubes only

Peg Warmer Challenge!

I like the idea of everyone using the same car and having two classes, stock and modified, if you will.

I'm not sure that I'd vote for that one (probably why there are a lot of them on the pegs!)...but, it wouldn't really matter because everyone would have the same thing.

I'm trying to think of other candidates, but I think I need more coffee! I like the idea though! If it gets going, I'm in!

4WDs aren't a bad idea; but as for two classes--you could try one with them only (or maybe Carbonators, though I don't know if they're as readily available), and have the other class be customs. Or you could even intermingle the two classes.
