It's back up and running in the US market

-- HOWEVER --

If you deleted during the brief outage, the app is gone from the Apple/Google app stores still, so getting it back on your devices remains an issue

I did have to pay a small fee to get what I needed from the absence of capcut. Worth it to me to keep the videos going. 

Much happier that capcut is back. Jungle Falls wasn't the same without it..
