The Chevy's continue their stay in TX with a Sprint Session down the HTown Hustle 3X....Scale 1/8th Mile at the Bayou City Diecast Raceplex!!!
Rules & restrictions
- Modified entries only
- 65g maximum weight
- 55 and 57 Chevy's
- Limit 2 entries per household
- Retail axles and wheels only. No premium or custom axles allowed.
- Dry lube only
Dates & deadlines
All entries must be received by the host before Sunday, 2/16/2020. Racing is scheduled for Sunday, 2/23/2020. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.

Race format and scoring
This will be a single-elimination tournament. A car will move on in the bracket only when it wins two races in a row. Cars will alternate lanes between each race.
The car that wins the final race will be declared the winner. Race host has final decision in all races.
Bracket seeding will be random but will try to avoid having an entrant race themselves, especially in the first round.
Penalties/DNF
Cars are given a grace of 2g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.
If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for tournament prizes. Offending cars will still race. Prize will go to the runner-up in the case of penalty car winning.
Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be repaired before the tournament. Cars that break during the tournament will not be repaired or replaced.

Racing in the Bayou City is complete. Mailed the cars off to League of Speed today. Will continue to upload the videos on both Stages 4 & 5. Hopefully you can forgive the lack of editing for the quality of the racing.
Htown Hustle 3X is not in the track directory, YET. Working on that. But let me describe how in 1.510-1.530 cars are covering a 1:64 scale 1/8th Mile. The track is continous orange track with custom mechanical start gate and custom digital finish gate. 3X is because the track can be configured in 1/8th Mile, 1000'(NHRA), & 1/4 Mile. Progressive Downhill for the whole 10'3", shear speed runs.
During the videos of the racing you will see multiple Match-ups with full 8 runs and coin toss for run 9. Great stuff for fans of close side by side diecast racing. Enjoy
