Shorten a Drag Tracks section...

I used a section of track to make a DT to HW adaptor... then made them much cheaper... the old ones are now being recycled...
Connector removed, the DT section with the gussets removed will tape onto a DT finish line to support a towel...
The connector I removed will glue or screw under a DT section to shorten it to the desired length...

Hey Smitty, here are the promised pics...
This is a 25" section next to a standard 20" section...
Here is the back of that piece....the white pieces are just some plastic scraps glued over the joint to reinforce it...
And here is the top...

Hey Smitty,
I'll have to take pics of them...the way that I shortened...or lengthened...my track sections was to cut two sections in half and reglue them together either shorter or longer (and reenforced the joint with plastic). Like I said, I'll take pics!
