Amazingly well if you take some time and align the chassis. Not threadjack, but here is my Pro-Stock camaro from the drag car series came in 2nd to Smitty by one point....yes it still stings abit....The red is the camaro chassis, and the black is a TR6 Triumph

not a day of college here,
but I have learned from more mistakes [mine and theirs] than I can count,
I.M.O. buy some $0.10 -$0.25 loose gooses to practice on...[get ones with spare parts you can use after practice]...
the t bird's base is the first that I have done... except for the wheel alignment it is the same job as adding a front bumper.
