The JL has been ordered and now so many choices.... hmmmm Volkswagen that's a van ... you know it's sort of van

How "stock" do the Johnny Lightning vans have to be? Is it stock parts but custom paint allowed or stock paint too? I'm guessing stock paint with decals is alright since Dutch has them on his VW. I've got a few ideas in mind but I don't want to step outside the box.
I'm trying to decide if I can get 1 or 2 JL's and one modified Hot Wheels Baja Breaker Econoline ready in time. I've got a Econoline body that I started for Crazy Canuk's but it was too heavy and just have to modify a base for drag racing.
- Custom paint is perfectly fine. Just do not open up the stock cars, leave them riveted. As they are. Otherwise dress them up, as you will. — ElevationDiecastRac1ng
- Ok, That works. I'm going to tinker with a few JL's and Baja Breaker. It will probably be 1 of each. I won't custom paint the JL since I prefer to remove the body from the interior and glass for stripping and painting. — Billys_Midway_Racing

I think I saw you say something about wishing that some of the veterans would "come out of hiding". Be careful what you wish for. Right now RPR is without a track but Ill feel right at home on another white seamless track. Put me down for 2 stocks and a mod. I can't wait to make a trip to elevation.
