I home with my son tomorrow and we've decided to hold our own Sr. vs. Jr. Showdown.

We each picked 16 Hot Wheels Vehicles. I have a 32 car bracket, best of two of three races advances to the next bracket. No FTEs... We are using the Expert Drag Track with one pedal launch to keep it fair. I can't wait to get started!

Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox

Please post the results when it's finished
Also, be sure to let us know if Jr. or Sr. won, and be honest, LOL.
Good luck

Yes, do post the results and some pics of the top cars if possible

I never noticed the name of the filter that is on that Nissan. Kind of funny.

So... we ran it and the results are in...

The Semi-Final round had Three Cars that belonged to Sr and one for Jr.

(Sr) VW Scirocco GT24 vs. (Sr) Mustang Fastback

(Sr0 Cadillac V-16 vs (Jr) '67 Ford Shelby GT500

Both of these races were won in convencing fashion with the Mustang Fastback and Cadillac V-16 winning the first two races in their brackects and would face each other in the Final!

And the Champion of the day would be...

No one wants to know???

Well, want to know, Goolz...

I also want to know about your Expert Drag Tracks set--did you buy it recently? (I'm curious about the colors, which don't look like any of the photos on their website nor what Brian got when he tested them a few months ago.)

I've been thinking about buying myself a set...but, oddly, the orange makes it look "cheaper" than either the yellow/blue or black/silver combinations that I've seen previously. Are you happy with your set? (And did you get the bonus track and/or the power supply?)

(OK, NOW TELL US WHO WON!)

Okay, so my track was purchased about 3 years ago by my wife... The box shows the name, "DRAGMASTERS." There doesn't seem to be a website or any other markings to indicate the manufacturer. She bought the basic set with no extra track or power supply. A member of the Hot Wheels club that I belong to has the Yellow and Blue track and the pieces are compatible. We've put them together before.

I do like it a lot and I haven't had any problems with it.'

Oh, and the Winner... The Cadillac V-16... Sr wins this round!

We have set another 32 cars in motion to race sometime in the next week. My Son, my wife, my mother-in-law and father-in-law all picked eight cars. I wasn't allow to enter...

I'll post pictures of the cars later.

I know the Expert Track did get released in a couple different colors. And I believe some places resold the same track under different names, also in various colors. I know Fireball Tim has his own track and it's orange or red or something.

@seattlegrey - If you're thinking about getting the Expert Track shoot me a PM as I have one (the one I reviewed) that I don't use and thought about selling it or using it as a buy-in tournament prize. I do have the power supply and extra track 4-pack.

Dragmasters was the original product name. It was later sold and re-branded as Drag Track.

How much would you want for the extra track and power supply?
