Unopened Packaged Car; Over 60g
Just curious to those that host races. I am just now starting to test my track, and I am just opening cars and running them so I can have a fleet of cars to test with. In doing this, I have a car that came out as 61.81 grams, right out of the package.
My question is, if you set a race to be stock and also had modified cars to 60g limit; what would you do to the car if someone someone sent you a car brand new in the package and it weighed 61g?
Would you allow it to be raced? Or would you say sorry it is over the weight? You can't race in stock even though there was no limit set for it, only set for the modified division.
Curious as what if someone didn't know the weight and assumed that because it was new, and it wasn't modified, it would clearly be a 'stock' car to them.
I realize it depends on each host and how they word their entry requirements, but I was curious.

If the "Stock" class doesn't specify a maximum weight, I'd allow it in stock. There are several castings that weigh more than 60g right out of the blister.
