It seems like more and more postal/courier services are reporting financial issues. Here in the UK, Royal Mail have been bleating on about it for seemingly years!
Whether it's legit, or whether it's "justification" for ramping up their prices (whilst probably reducing the speed/effectiveness of their service) remains to be seen.
Ive had to stop mailing to the US altogether, the prices have become too much to justify
That would put a severe limitation on mail-in racing ...... among mail-in other things.
