Video angle

I have many tournament ideas but with just me and two phones to do editing. My wife is normally too busy to help and with a tremor,no electronic starting gate I like to get opinions on new angles of videoing. What do people think, you see the two cars, is the distance too far from the start to finish to get enough action to see who won.the real videos will have both phones set up to capture same race at start and finish line.Thankyou

You're getting a clean view of the finish, which is the most important to a viewer, imo.
Sorry to hear about personal limitations that can influence your final output in a show. I have seen glimpses from very established channels of the impact video stabilisation tech can have to overcome deficiencies in the raw footage. Without making assumptions as to your resources, it's something to look into
Passing along a filming trick, in his early days Gravity Throttle Racing had no purpose built start release either. Prior to the cars actually taking off down the track, he would keyframe edit for a few seconds on a still image of the cars once his hand was out of frame
A start gate would help - even if it is a manual one - will free up some dexterity for you and give more consistent/even starts.
- I tried with a rectangular piece of wood and quickly moved it so big cars moved at same time. — RalphsRacers
A better result with rectangular piece of wood, both cars start at same position and flush with wall.better result for Audi
looks good
