What wheels do you guys use and where do you get them.
I want to get different plastic wheels but all I can find is rubber wheels. Where can I get plastic wheels?

Mod My Ride has a few plastic wheels left. Tricky to find in their store, but they are there. You have to use the "search store" feature they have and enter "plastic". That said, those wheels are really no faster than any average Hot Wheels wheels but now you know.
That there, my friend, is called "wheel farming." It generally means you buy one car because you like it, and a second car just for the wheels. You swap the wheels from the second 'donor' car onto the first car, and now you have a car you like with the wheels you want.
Almost all racers do this, although some still work with the wheels that originally came with the car. Mainly, you have to find a donor car that has the same axle width to fit your 'good' car.
Rubber for show, plastic for go.

I found a seller on ebay who sold modified hotwheels and sold the wheels he took off the car,really good value ,I got 20 sets,all different sizes,possibly 15% were slightly buckled but the rest were good.when I went back for more he had stopped selling.Shame really
- If you're careful with a set of needlenosed pliers, you can fix those damaged sets. You have to grab the axle at the bend and carefully tweak it back into shape. While it will not be as good as brand new, you will still get a decent set of rollers. — SpyDude

Not a whole lotta info from the original post...what are you building for? We all assume it's to race...but that may not be the case...where have you looked? What cars/brands are you using? We assume you are new to the hobby...but it's a bit of an odd question if you ask me. The easy answer has been said multiple times...you take plastic wheels from one car and install them on another...but I sense there is more to this thread than that...
You can go on eBay and search for a seller who goes by threeinches
this guy is in Vietnam and you can get 10 sets of new plastic wheels for about 40 bucks.
You really can't find plastic wheels online. You have to use wheels off other cars, which is generally called wheel farming. Btw, welcome to redline derby!
