I think it is a Mercedes SSK. I used to have a chrome one.

According to Warman's Hot Wheels Field Guide it's a Mercedes 540K, collector #788.

That's it, 540K. Mine was chrome and had fat whitewalls. Worked well on my track. Don't know what happened to it.
