Which is better
Sorry if this has been asked before but what do people feel is better, silicone spray or graphite powder. Was thinking of combining with weights. Thankyou in advance

Graphite powder does not leave a mess on the raceway like a silicone spray does (drips off the axles and onto the track).
Weights are good, yes. Use them to bump the car up to as close to maximum weight as possible.
Polish the axles and powder, That’s my minimum for a quick build.
There are silicone 'dry' lubes and some with teflon. My limited testing on these shows good initial good results - but I believe it eventually turns to a waxy like film. This film might be fine for making a window or sliding glass door move on its rails-rollers - but on a tiny car it just gums things up.
I've settled on a dry mix of secret herbs and spices that seems to work best.
