Nice paint!
Keep us updated on her progress.

Extra wheels = more friction.

also equals a more even weight distribution.

I lightened it up a bit, it only weighs 7.35 ounces now.

It's been a rough race history, lol.

First race was the 2011 Vegas Show & Go... 7th place out of twelve cars.
Rear axle width was wrong.... sidewalls were rubbing the track

Second race was the 2011 Nashville Show & Go.... 10th place out of 12 cars.
Rear axle width still wrong. Tested on orange track, raced on white track.

Third race was the 2011 Austin Diecast Drags Summer mail in
Axle issue... DNF

Fourth Race was at the Dallas Show & Go... 8th place out of 14 cars.
Front axle width was wrong. Corrected all axle issues, but swapped the blings wheels for FTEs the night before the race and the FTEs on the front were a little wider then the blings. Front sidewalls rubbed track.

Had a little track test at the first Hardcore Downhill Race on the 50' ADD track. The Evo ran DAMN GOOD. It's finished either first or second in the show portion every time, and the best overall finish was a 4th place, but I gotta kick ass of hang it up this year. This will be the last Show & Go for the EVO. I'll be going for a win on the track, an overall win and the title of World's Fastest EVO. Dave Chang will be on hand, so hopefully it'll be a certified title, lol.

The Evo's racing history made me chuckle. It is definitely a passion piece.
Have fun and good luck!

i wonder if my poor little 100 GRAM "INTASSEPTA" will have to race that big ol' EVO in vegas ?... if so that'll be damn nice paint i'll see as he passes me by...

it's definitely a labor of love, lol.

There is 5/16" cut out of the center to narrow the body to fit the track, but I wanted to keep the wheel track as wide as possible. That didn't work out so well the first few times.

I actually do have a witness to the EVO making a good run! It gave the winner of the first Hardcore Downhill race a serious run for it's money on Bryan's 50' track.
