Four racers enter. One wins. This is Power-Up Pass. It’s not just a race. It’s an adventure in questionable safety decisions.
What started as a fun Mario Kart–inspired Hot Wheels project for my YouTube channel has now evolved into a 120-foot, multi-world racing gauntlet—Power-Up Pass.
My channel has always been about bringing the thrill of the Mushroom Kingdom to life through epic diecast races. Now, thanks to a massive–Spool Heads track upgrade, racers in the Diecast Racing community can experience that same joy on a professional-grade course built for speed, chaos, and unforgettable moments.
Believe it or not, the entire setup lives in what used to be my storage room. One day, I cleared it out, learned how to drywall and rewire, and got to work figuring out how to suspend multiple sections of track in the air with minimal support. From there, the dream just kept growing—more track, more detail and a whole lot of fun.
I enjoy hosting themed races. So lets use our imaginations.
