Track Story...

Scythe Raceway started as a 5.5m plain downhill track in April / May 2020. 
A move from our flat to our new ground floor house in December 2020, provided the opportunity for the new track - - A far longer outdoor SCYTHE RACEWAY - -

(Space inside the new house did not allow for an indoor track).

NEW TRACK . . .
Approximately 5m start straight - - Into a 90 degree left turn - - Into another 5m middle section straight - - Into a 2nd 90 degree left turn - - Into a 3m final straight to the finish - - Followed by another 1m of track into the track runoff area with a garage and Winning Podium on top of it. 

Build Materials...

The track frame and support I built from square wire mesh. And the track itself as well as the start gate are built entirely from COROPLAST.
Track joins are simply . . . bamboo/pine skewer sticks.
Track Signs . . . Made from COROPLAST with Skewer stick anchors - - Printed on a laser jet printer and then laminated.

Aim . . .

Plain and simple - - Clean Enjoyment for ALL ages.
My aim with the track is to produce an entertaining all around good quality production . . . Not just a race channel . . . Its an attempt at all-round entertainment. . . Action Racing . . . A little bit of a storyline with the presenter and co-hosts. 
I wanted the presentation and commentary to be immensely important to making the channel unique and enjoyable - and worthy of many continually returning / loyal subscribers.
It's all about the viewer enjoying a show - - And the drivers enjoying the thrill of seeing if their car can make it to the top.
( - - - I JUST HOPE I AM MAKING IT SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND OF COURSE ENJOYABLE - - - )

Equipment . . . 

As far as I am concerned, I am probably way behind the pack in this regard.
I use 3 cellphones for recording ( Well - - I have just replaced the Samsung Galacy S3 with a LEAD EDGE 4k action Cam )
As far as Production Equipment - - I have none - - All editing is done on my cellphone on a Video Editing app.
My PC is of a very low grade and is basically, just a storage device for footage - - The Reason - -  It is impossible to use for editing due to its inadequate processing capability.
