Anyone here can help me,
what items should i have to create a garage.
i means,modified tools.
Please list all of them for me,tq
.i wanna join any race,but i need to customize a bit ,axle,tyre.
last,whats means :dry lube only?

I would recommend going into the shop tab of this site and get an axle jig. Inexpensive tool you will find necessary as you build.

Tools you'll want for modding would be
Drill and variety of drill bits
small files, and sandpaper
side cutters or nippers
knife
and then painting supplies
Dry Lube just refers to things like graphite powder, instead of 'wet lubes' like silicone or oil where they may drip out onto the track
