stopped at jcar in houston (look them up) to find my lotus for the race, and bought this

thought since some people seem to be winning with id wheels, I get some, too

besides, they sure are pretty.

Hot Wheels premiums at Walmart 

Bunch of Ferrari's at a local state sale , along with a couple Treasure Hunts...

Buddy of mine at work gave me these three he found in a bag he'd bought at a yard sale. 

So I was going on a rather informal mini-hunt to find some donor wheels for a custom Brazilian Charger and picked up one of these Mopar Set Darts at Walmart 

Naturally, as a donor car I had every intention of opening the packaging. What I saw, I never thought I would ever see. An Error!

I have dubbed this particular error a Schröedinger Error as I wouldn't have known it was an error unless I had opened the box. It almost looks like it has one of those black steelie spares on the rear. Needless to say, I decided not to turn this one into a donor. The Charger will now sport some hubcap style wheels from a Matchbox Mini Cargo Truck that honestly look pretty slick (I will post pictures of that when I finish it).

Okay so I may have the world's dumbest luck. So I was going on a Walmart hunt to see if I could find a 69 Charger from the classic muscle set (I did not) for a custom. During the hunt I had to pause a moment to see if I saw what I actually saw. Well my fellow hobbyists, this is a factory mispackage that replaced the 98 Prelude and the Datsun 620 with a Target exclusive Ultra Hot Silvia Drift and Scion FRS. What are the chances?!

Found these at O'Reilys Auto store. BMW package was cracked so it runs good down my Track.

ebay pick up in the UK, got the recent release Jack Hammer and just love the casting so decided to do an online hunt. Two more Jack Hammer's on the way and I have even taken a punt on some cars from 90s and early 2000s which I am really excited about.

Recently found the elusive Nissan 5-pack at a Walgreens of all places(it was literally the only Hot Wheels item in their toy section).  When I went to check out I actually got the "Your son's sure gonna enjoy these" line from the cashier.  Yeah...my son...that's the ticket...
