Also, this is the first race that Tobacco Road will be using seamless track...it wasn't a slow track to start with, but I've never seen a track converted over to seamless track become slower, so I fully expect Tobacco Road to now reach it's maximum speed potential...because after all...The Quest for Speed is Eternal.
The Hot Wheels Originals race is Memorial Day weekend...your cars are due at Tobacco Road in 4 weeks and 2 days. We are hoping for a good sized field for the race...hope to hear from more racers as the race approaches.

Now, I don't want this race to get lost in the build-up for Corvette Summer, as we'll be running this race side by side with Corvette Summer on Tobacco Road Memorial Day weekend. It should be a great race as well and we are looking forward to hosting it!!!

It's Race Week here on Tobacco Road in NC...looking forward to the competition and camaraderie to come. Everything is on schedule...but busy...in a good way, with Corvette Summer kicking off as well...but Tobacco Road is up to the Challenge as usual...it will also be the 1 year Anniversary for Tobacco Road on Memorial Day Weekend....Legends of Tobacco Road - The Funny Cars was a lot of fun!!!
