Northern Virginia need a track for a birthday party

I am new to the forum.

I am planning a Hot Wheels Party and am in need of a track.

I might build one myself but if there was a Hot Wheels enthusiast who had one to lend and/or rent in the area, I would be interested.

Party is August 27th.

I live in Springfield but work in Silver Spring and could drive within an hour of Washington DC.
