Athena from Overclocked Racing in California, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Athena will be driving the red Subaru WRX STI. This little car is packed to the brim! It may look simple, but it was turning some fast times during testing. And red means fast, right?

Fern from Fumo Diecast Racing has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Fern will be driving the white and red Nissan Skyline H/T 2000 GT-X, known as "Akane." Not sure what parts Fumo DCR brought together to build this beasty, but it sure does find that balance between form and function. But I'm sure the Kaiju will still find it tasty!

Big Mac from Madness Motorsports in Michigan, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Big Mac will be driving the black and metallic red 1988 Honda CRX, known as "Crash." For a name like Crash, it sure doesn't look like it crashes often. That shiny roof and hood may not stay too shiny for long!

Mad Mike from Mad Mike's Custom Garage in Canada has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Mike will be driving the #4 purple and white 1998 Subaru Imprezza STI, known as "Prayin' for my Haters." You can be jelly. You can cry tears of sadness. You can drive like Karen. But at the end of the day, Mad Mike loves knowing that nothing feels better than he got under your skin.

Idiot Luggage from Nowhere, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! The Gray Wizard from Golden Owl Racing in California, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! The Gray Wizard will be driving the metallic blue and white 2018 Honda Civic Type R, known as "Code Ice Blue." A wizard is never late, nor is he early... he finishes the race precisely when he means to!

Glenn Harding from the WeRaceDiecast chapter in California, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Glenn will be driving the #27 red and white 1988 Honda CRX, known as "Nissh?ki." Daddy G from G4 Diecast Racing in Colorado, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Daddy G will be driving the #4 gold foil wrapped 2018 Honda Civic Type R, known as "Goldfinger." Well let's just hope that Daddy G doesn't blow a fuse from any pressing engagements. Otherwise, Mr. G, may have to arrange to separate his gold from the late Mr. Solo.

Lone Star from Live Young Die-Cast in Texas, USA has checked-in *cough* and passed inspection *cough* for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Where did all this brake dust come from?! Anyway, Lone Star will be driving the #512 galaxy blue Honda Civic Si, known as "Kanpai." Looks like Lone Star is toasting his victory early with a car name like that!

Buckaroo Banzai from the Banzai Institute located in New Jersey, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Buckaroo Banzai will be driving the #66 white and red Nissas Silvia, known as "Divine Wind," which is powered by an Oscillation Overthruster. Let's just hope that the Nova Police don't track Buckaroo Banzai here at the Pacific Rim Speedway. Hang on... are we in the eigth dimension???

Big Romy from Rivera Racing in California, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Romy will be driving the black 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, known as "Brimstone." This car is bound to burn some rubber as we witnessed blue flames emitting from its exhaust pipes during testing. Let's just hope we don't have another fire claim.

Too Kay from 2K Racing in Kansas, USA has checked-in and passed inspection for the Race of the Rising Sun diecast racing tournament! Too Kay will be driving the #12 green 1998 Honda Prelude, known as "??," which is pronounced as Mugen. This car is truly "without limits," which will help Too Kay navigate all the obstacles at the Rim. Too Kay is no stranger to this track, and hopefully his experience will help keep him alice.
